This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
